Mark Menjivar: We are what we Eat.

Mark Menjivar is a San Antonio, TX based photographer. He's most well known for his series "We are what we eat". This series is a portrait series, but using the contents of an individuals refrigerator as a replacement for a humans face. This is one of the Photographers that i found while researching for my book proposal. His work and my work both share the same core concepts (to a certain extent).
